An ICIOB accredited Quantity Surveyor by trade, with over 40 years of industry experience.
Alan set up East Anglian Property Ltd in 1987 for the development of residential land and the investment of commercial property.
Following his success, he established Vello Homes with the vision of creating bespoke, high quality homes and has been excelling in this ever since. He is involved on a daily basis with Vello Homes.
Alan is a keen golfer and cyclist when work permits.
Linda Jones, Director
Linda is a founding director of Vello Homes, her predominant role is ensuring that all company operations flow smoothly on a day to day basis.
Amongst other things she manages the kitchen and bathroom design and finishing touches to each property, turning every house into a home.
Linda is a budding golfer, voracious reader and cruciverbalist.
Matthew Jones, Site Manager/Director
Following the completion of his BSc in Construction Project Management, Matthew immersed himself in the day to day running of Vello’s sites.
His personable manner and can-do attitude makes him extremely approachable to our customers and tradespeople and ensures that our sites are a great place to work and live!
Prior to this Matthew worked for a large contractor and managed the construction of a multi-million pound school extension.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys playing golf and eating.
