An historic Victorian fresh water pumping station was fully modernised and included sympathetically rebuilding the original structure and enhancing energy performance with the addition of an air source heat pump and underfloor heating. In the grounds two new bungalows were built, with all properties benefiting from the mature trees and additional landscaping.
